Dan received his personal trainer education through the International Sports Sciences Association. An avid fitness enthusiast, Dan received formal training through their online certification program in July 2021. He has been training himself for several years and is excited to begin spreading his knowledge to his clients. His background in engineering allows him to look at workout programming from an analytical point of view.
Dan specializes in strength training using the principles of progressive overload, muscle isolation, and proper lifting form. He also has experience coaching cardio classes and teaching basic Olympic lifting form. Dan is eager to help his clients lose weight, build muscle, and move to a healthy lifestyle.
